MIT Lincoln Laboratory Site Tour

MIT

On May 24, 2027, Quantum.Tech will offer an extraordinary and completely unique half-day site tour of MIT Lincoln Laboratory, giving a strictly limited group of attendees access to one of the world’s most advanced research and development facilities.

This is not a standard public tour and is not an experience MIT Lincoln Laboratory routinely offers to conferences, corporate groups or the wider industry. Access has been arranged specifically for Quantum.Tech 2027, making this a genuinely one-of-a-kind opportunity for our attendees.

Participants will gain first-hand insight into Lincoln Laboratory’s work across areas including quantum science, advanced sensing, communications, computing and national security technologies. The programme is expected to include specialist briefings, access to selected laboratory environments and opportunities to engage directly with researchers working at the forefront of these fields.

Because of the highly secure nature of MIT Lincoln Laboratory, places will be extremely limited and all attendees will be subject to advance approval. Participants will be required to provide personal information, including citizenship details, well ahead of the visit, and eligibility requirements will apply. Late registrations and attendee substitutions may not be possible once details have been submitted for security review.

For Quantum.Tech attendees, this represents a truly exceptional opportunity: privileged access to a facility that does not ordinarily open its doors in this way, available exclusively through Quantum.Tech 2027.

Harvard Quantum Initiative Site Tour

Harvard

Following the success of our inaugural Harvard visit in 2026, Quantum.Tech is returning to the Harvard Quantum Initiative for a second year, giving a limited group of attendees the opportunity to experience one of the world’s leading quantum research environments from the inside.

Taking place ahead of Quantum.Tech 2027 on May 24 , this exclusive half-day visit will be led by Professor Mikhail Lukin and the Harvard quantum team and will include a visit to Professor Lukin’s quantum laboratories, offering attendees a rare opportunity to see cutting-edge quantum research.

The tour will also feature expert-led presentations and discussions exploring Harvard’s latest work across quantum computing, quantum information science and fundamental physics, with opportunities to engage directly with the researchers helping to shape the future of the field. This is a rare opportunity to step inside Harvard’s quantum ecosystem.

With places strictly limited, the Harvard Quantum Initiative Site Tour offers a unique opportunity to extend the Quantum.Tech experience beyond the conference and gain first-hand insight into the research and people driving the next generation of quantum technology.

In addition to visiting the laboratories, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how breakthrough quantum research is translated into real scientific and technological progress. The visit is designed to be both intellectually rich and highly personal, offering a small-group experience that few in the industry will have the chance to access
